I'm Musab Akbay — a software engineer with over 9 years building enterprise cloud infrastructure for some of the largest companies in the world. I've architected Amazon Connect contact centers that handle millions of calls, built CRM integrations that save companies tens of millions of dollars annually, and led technology migrations across platforms like Genesys and NICE.

But every time I'd call a local HVAC company, a plumber, or a dentist, I'd hit a voicemail. Or a website from 2014. Or no website at all. These businesses were great at what they did — they just didn't have the time, budget, or expertise to build the digital presence they deserved.
